How to pack your drone

We recommend shipping the drone in bubble wrap, or in the manufacturer’s case if you prefer.

Avoid larger cases, as this can increase shipping costs!

 

Pricing

We charge a $50 diagnostic fee to evaluate your drone and find out what’s wrong.

If you decide to have it repaired with us, we will apply that $50 toward the repair price.

Most parts we keep in stock, so we make every attempt to get our customers back in the air as soon as possible.

We will keep you notified every step of the way, and provide you with a link to our website that enables you to track your repair progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my repair take?

Not including shipping times, the typical turnaround time for repairs is two business days. If we need to order a part, we will let you know if the turnaround time will take longer.

Do I need to require a signature on the package?

All deliveries to our address are sent to our private mailbox provider. Whether it requires signature or not, they will safely receive the drone and hold it for us until we can pick it up.

How will I know if you have received it?

Please keep an eye on your email, as we will send you email updates as we work on your drone.
